Property management websites

Property management websites
that speak to owners.

Marketing websites for property management companies that explain your services, fees approach and process clearly — so property owners understand why to hire you.

Built for the owner's decision

Property owners choosing a manager are handing over a valuable asset. They want to know what you manage, which areas you cover, what is included in your service, how you communicate and how problems are handled. A property management website that answers those questions clearly — without vague claims — earns more trust than one full of stock photos and slogans.

These sites are owner-acquisition websites. Their job is to help a landlord, investor or HOA board understand your service and send an inquiry. They are not tenant portals or booking systems.

What a strong property management site covers

Services in plain language

Tenant placement, leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, inspections, financial reporting, short-term rental management — each service you offer should be described simply, with what is and is not included.

Your process

Owners want to picture what happens after they sign: onboarding, marketing the unit, screening, move-in, ongoing reporting. A clear step-by-step section reduces uncertainty and repetitive questions.

Local knowledge

The neighbourhoods, property types and rental markets you know are part of your value. Area sections are written from facts you provide and approve.

No unsupported income claims

Rental returns, occupancy rates and fees must be genuine and approved by you. I never invent performance figures or projections.

  • Owner Landing Page — starting at US$450. One owner-focused page with your services, process and an owner-inquiry form, using your existing brand.
  • Management Website — starting at US$1,100. Up to five pages, an owner-inquiry form, a property gallery and a two-page service PDF.

What is not included

Live booking engines, channel managers, PMS integrations, tenant portals, payments and availability calendars are not part of these packages. Email copy stays as drafts — nothing is sent or imported. Hosting and paid tools are separate. No occupancy, revenue or lead guarantees are made.

A practical, honest approach

Property messaging works best when it is specific and accurate. Every page is built from facts you supply and approve. Read more on the about page and see labelled concept designs in the portfolio.
